The evaluation is now complete.  The following firms will be recommended for contract award.

• CPM/CM PROS JV
• Hazen/Avila/Dabri JV

09/30/2020:

The recommendations for contract award will be announced in the coming days.

Addendum No. 14 has been posted.  This addendum includes the updated remaining schedule of the RFP.

09/03/2020:

The following five (5) Proposers have been short-listed to continue to participate in oral interviews:

• Arcadis/MCK JV
• CPM/CM PROS JV
• Hazen/Avila/Dabri JV
• HDR
• Mott MacDonald/Salimi JV

07/17/2020:

Please be advised that proposals are still under review, and it is possible that the anticipated schedule may be delayed.  The SFPUC intends to confirm any change to the Tentative RFP Schedule next week.

The SFPUC is aware of a technical issue that prevented contract preferences from being saved and submitted as part of Proposer(s)' Proposal(s). The issue has been resolved. Any Proposal(s) received before the issue was resolved will not be deemed non-responsive for failure to state a contract preference. However, the SFPUC must have a record of each Proposer's stated preference before evaluation begins. If you submitted while the issue persisted, please either email CAB@sfwater.org or respond to our forthcoming email (to be sent out after the 2:00PM deadline) to indicate your preference. Your email will be considered part of the Proposal.
