The evaluation process is now complete.  Carollo Engineers, Inc. will be recommended for contract award.

12/07/2017:

The written proposal evaluation is complete. The following firms will be invited to Oral Interviews on December 20:  Brown & Caldwell and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
