The evaluation process is now complete.  The following firms will be recommended for contract award: (1) AECOM Technical Services, Inc., (2) K/J-AGS JV, and (3) Stantec-WRE JV.

11/06/2017:

The written proposal evaluation is complete. The following firms will be invited to Oral Interviews on November 17:  AECOM Technical Services, Inc., CH2M/Avila JV, Hazen/OLMM JV, K/J-AGS JV, Stantec-WRE JV.

10/12/2017:

Due to technical issues with the SFBid system, the proposal submission deadline has been extended to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, October 12, 2017. 

10/10/2017:

Addendum 3 has been posted.  Please note that Overhead and Profit Schedule to be submitted with the proposal should reflect 2018 billing rates.

10/06/2017:

Addendum 2 has been posted.  Please note that the proposal due date has been changed to October 12, 2017, 3:00 PM.

Addendum 1 has been posted.  Please note that an oral interview phase has been added to the evaluation process.  The oral interviews will take place on November 8, 2017.

SFPUC will offer web-based SFBid trainings for vendors by request.  Please request a training by emailing SFBid@sfwater.org.
